Chyaz has spent over 20 years honing his ability to build brands, lead and direct teams and apply his exceptional knowledge of visual language.
He has a wealth of experience in leadership, team management, client liaison, creative strategy, digital transformation, pitch & presentation work and has handled multi-million pound budgets; departmental, project and service.

Whatisexperience?
Before setting up This is Glorious, Chyaz was Head of Design at Sky Creative Agency at Sky UK Ltd, working primarily to the Sky News client and running a team of 40 individuals across broadcast, motion, set, experiential, campaigns, promotions, OOH, VR/AR, VFX and digital.
Prior to this he spent seven years on the senior leadership team of Sky Creative working across all aspects of the creative output of Sky PLC across Europe, including Entertainment and Sport
Before Joining BSkyB, Chyaz was Design Director at Red Bee Media, Senior Designer at BBC News, Designer at MediaArc and has worked for clients including Minale Tattersfield, Attik, Body Shop, Sunset+Vine and Hardcash Productions.
Prior to this he spent seven years on the senior leadership team of Sky Creative working across all aspects of the creative output of Sky PLC across Europe, including Entertainment and Sport
